What does the free checkup look at?
Security (HTTPS and protective headers), response speed, Google’s mobile speed score, mobile friendliness, Google visibility, the sitemap and the site’s real age. It takes about 30 seconds and needs no sign-up.
My site runs on WordPress, Wix or something else. Can you adopt it?
Yes. We care for WordPress and most other platforms. If the current platform holds the site back, we recommend moving it, but the decision is always yours.
Do I have to move my site to new hosting?
No. If your hosting is fine, we keep it. We move a site only when it is slow, insecure or too expensive, and only with your approval.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, content, design and code are always yours. If you leave, we hand over files, backups and access details.
Are my passwords and data safe?
We ask only for the access we need and never share it with anyone. You can change your passwords at any time, and we recommend doing so when the work is finished.
How long is the contract? Can I cancel?
Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term. After that you can cancel any time; it takes effect at the end of the paid period. Annual plans: 12 months for the price of 10.
My site was hacked. What do you do?
We don’t patch hacked sites, because cleaning often misses a backdoor. We rebuild them clean with the same content and look: Clean Rebuild, from USD 199, included in Thrive.
What is not included in the care plans?
Redesigns and new pages. For those we prepare a custom proposal (Elite).
How fast do you respond?
Keep Alive within 72 hours, Grow within 24 hours, Thrive the same day.
How do I pay? Do I get an invoice?
By card through iyzico; we never see your card details. Invoices are issued by Uniq Digital Works Ltd. Şti. Customers in Turkey are invoiced in Turkish lira.
