1. Controller

The data controller under the GDPR and Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK) is Uniq Digital Works Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (Maslak Mah. Ahi Evran Cad. Olive Plaza No: 11 İç Kapı No: 2, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye).

2. Data We Process

• Identity and contact: name, email, phone.
• Application data: website address, business details, goals, messages and proposals.
• Payment: amount and status. Card data is processed by iyzico and never stored by AdoptInn.
• Technical: server logs and basic data needed for security.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We process your data to assess your application, prepare a proposal, enter into and perform the contract, collect payments, issue invoices and communicate with you. Legal bases: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (6(1)(c)), legitimate interest (6(1)(f)) and, where required, your consent.

4. Recipients

Data is shared only with providers needed to deliver the service: hosting (Vercel Inc.), email delivery (Resend, EU servers), database hosting, payments (iyzico), and public authorities where legally required. International transfers use appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies

adoptinn.com uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for the site to work. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

6. Retention

Data is kept for the duration of the contract and any statutory retention period (e.g. tax law), then deleted or anonymised.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to object to processing and to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to hello@adoptinn.com; we reply within 30 days.
