Service Agreement

1. Parties

Service provider: Uniq Digital Works Yazılım ve Danışmanlık Limited Şirketi (“AdoptInn”). Address: Maslak Mah. Ahi Evran Cad. Olive Plaza No: 11 İç Kapı No: 2, Sarıyer / İstanbul, Türkiye. Tax office / number: Maslak / 8920683610. Email: hello@adoptinn.com.

Customer: the natural or legal person who applies on adoptinn.com, accepts a proposal and makes a payment.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding AdoptInn taking over an existing website owned by the Customer, restoring it to health and maintaining it under the selected care plan.

3. Services and Prices

Monthly care plans: Keep Alive (USD 49 / month), Grow (USD 99 / month) and Thrive (USD 299 / month). The scope of each plan is published on adoptinn.com and in the Customer’s personal proposal. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Clean Rebuild: rebuilding a hacked or broken website with the same content and look on a clean foundation. Included in Thrive; subject to the one-time fee stated in the proposal on other plans.

4. Out of Scope

Redesigns, new page designs, new content production (except hours included in the plan), domain fees and third-party licence fees are not covered by this agreement.

5. Payment, Term and Renewal

• Care plans are monthly or annual subscriptions and renew automatically for the same period.
• Monthly plans have a minimum term of 3 months. The takeover and rescue work is included in the first month.
• Annual billing provides 12 months of service for the price of 10.
• Payments are collected by card through iyzico, a licensed payment institution. AdoptInn never stores card details.
• Founding 100 prices remain valid for as long as the subscription continues without interruption.

6. Customer Obligations

• Provide the admin, hosting and domain access needed to deliver the service.
• Remain responsible for the lawfulness of the website’s content and respect for third-party rights.

7. Ownership

The website, its content and its domain always belong to the Customer. When the agreement ends, AdoptInn hands over the current files and access details.

8. Right of Withdrawal

Customers who are consumers may withdraw within 14 days of the agreement without giving a reason by writing to hello@adoptinn.com.

Where the Customer expressly requests that the service begin during the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to services already performed. Accepting the proposal and paying counts as such a request.

Customers acting for business or professional purposes are not consumers, and withdrawal provisions do not apply to them.

9. Cancellation

After the minimum term the Customer may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

10. Limitation of Liability

AdoptInn delivers its services with care and in line with industry standards. It is not liable for outages of third-party hosting providers, changes made by the Customer, or force majeure. In any case, AdoptInn’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer in the 3 months preceding the event.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by Turkish law. İstanbul (Çağlayan) courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in the Customer’s country of residence.

12. Entry into Force

By accepting the proposal and completing payment, the Customer confirms having read and accepted this agreement, which enters into force at that moment.
